A 5 year payout on a rent to own with a payment of $500 per month or less sure beats apartment rent these days! I have had customers buy them for mother in law houses, for adult children who are living at home, for rental properties and even just for a place to hide out and have their own space. They make great office buildings - just had one customer purchase one on a rent to own, $272 per month on a five year, when it is paid off, she will own the building free and clear! She looked everywhere and couldn't find anything for less than $500 per month to rent for office space. A little wiring (her brother in law could do it), some insulation and sheetrock and she was set!

WE are just One Mile west of Hwy 146 (Bacliff). We are Right on Hwy 646 at Strom Road intersection - you can't miss us because you will see the buildings and carports. Our lot is open all of the time - Winter office hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday. If you come by on Saturday and Sunday, the lot is open and I am just a few miles away if you want to purchase a building - just give me a call!
